5 SNACKS THAT WILL KEEP YOU FULL FOR LONGER

Do you struggle finding snacks that will keep you somewhat full at work? If that's the case, we have got you covered with these five snacks!



  1. Oatmeal

    Oats are rich in antioxidants and they contain fiber. They also help lower cholesterol levels. You can add spreads to you oatmeal; such as almond/peanut butter and/or fruits to make it more tasty. 


  1. Nuts

Nuts are packed with nutrients such as protein, healthy fat, vitamins and minerals, and fiber. Just make sure they are raw or dry-roasted. 

  • Almonds

  • Hazelnuts

  • Macadamias

  • Cashews

  • Walnuts

  • Brazil nuts

  • Pistachios



  1.  Berries- 

Berries such as strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries are full of antioxidants. You can also add these to your yogurt. 


  1. DIY energy bites


You can make these at home.

 In a container add: 

1 cup of oats

½ cup of peanut or almond butter

¼ coconut flakes

2 tbsp chia seeds

¼ maple syrup or honey

½ cup of chocolate chips

Dash of vanilla extract 

Mix everything together then make into small balls (store in fridge) 


  1. Pita with hummus 

Hummus is full of protein and fiber. You can find hummus at any grocery store but can also be made at home.
