DIY energy bites
You can make these at home.
In a container add:
1 cup of oats
½ cup of peanut or almond butter
¼ coconut flakes
2 tbsp chia seeds
¼ maple syrup or honey
½ cup of chocolate chips
Dash of vanilla extract
Mix everything together then make into small balls (store in fridge)

Hummus is full of protein and fiber. You can find hummus at any grocery store but can also be made at home.
