Christmas bootcamp!!!
We invite you to join us to celebrate Christmas with our PLAY coaches. This Saturday, December 21, we will carry out our bootcamp that we usually have, except that we will make it more fun!
We will have prizes, competitions, a workout routine that will train the whole body, and a time at the end where we can share a little as a community.
We invite you all to wear red or green colors. You can bring a crazy Christmas sweater too.

Te invitamos a que nos acompañes a celebrar la navidad con nuestros coaches. este Sabado 21 de diciembre llevaremos acabo nuestro bootcamp que normalmente tenemos, excepto que lo haremos mas divertido.
Tendremos premios, competencias, una rutina que entrenara todo el cuerpo, y un tiempo al final donde podremos compartir un poco como comunidad.
Les invitamos a todos que usen colores rojos o verdes. Pueden traer un sueter loco de navidad tambien.
