Combines strength work with similar principles of interval training.
Service Description
This class alternates resistance exercises between upper and lower body as well as push/pull movements for a balanced, full-body strength session. The class will incorporate traditional weight-lifting and compound exercises using bars, dumbbells, resistance bands and more to challenge you.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a class, please do so at least 6 hours prior to the class start time to receive a credit back to your account. If you cancel within the late cancellation window (less than 6 hours) or do not attend your scheduled class (a "no-show"), the session will be deducted from your account. Repeated no-shows may result in your reserved spot being released to other clients.
