Service Description

This 45-minute upper body burner is all about balance, power, and control. Each station pairs one push and one pull movement to challenge your chest, back, shoulders, biceps, and triceps — without overworking the same muscle group. Expect a mix of dumbbells, bodyweight, and core stability work that’ll leave your arms shaking (in the best way).


Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a class, please do so at least 6 hours prior to the class start time to receive a credit back to your account. If you cancel within the late cancellation window (less than 6 hours) or do not attend your scheduled class (a "no-show"), the session will be deducted from your account. Repeated no-shows may result in your reserved spot being released to other clients.
