A full body workout that incorporates cardio and weight training to really build strength and endurance. This workout challenges all the major muscle groups by squatting, lifting, curling and pressing all the fat away!! A fun, popular, fast paced interval class that uses movements to train your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks. Set to high-energy music to keep you motivated with creative compound exercises makes this class fun. *Class set up may be revised according to number of participants

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel class, cancel booking prior to the late cancel window (6 hours) to get the credit back in your account. If you do not show up for your reserved class, or if you attempt to cancel within the late cancellation window, you will be charged for that session. *Please note that if you do not show up several times your spot will be given to someone else*
