Service Description

An intense cardio and strength combo class where indoor cycling meets strength training. Start with 25 minutes on the bike then move to the floor for 25 minutes of full body strength training using dumbbells and bodyweight. It's everything you need in a 50 minute session! This class starts with a light cardio warm up off the bike to get you ready to ride and help build your endurance and release any stiffness.
