Service Description

An intense cardio and strength combo class where indoor cycling meets strength training. Start with 25 minutes on the bike then move to the floor for 25 minutes of full body strength training using dumbbells and bodyweight. It's everything you need in a 50 minute session! This class starts with a light cardio warm up off the bike to get you ready to ride and help build your endurance and release any stiffness.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel class, cancel booking prior to the late cancel window (12 hours) to get the credit back in your account. If you do not show up for your reserved class, or if you attempt to cancel within the late cancellation window, you will be charged for that session.
