Service Description

An intense cardio and abs combo class. Start with 20 minutes on the bike then move to the floor for 20 minutes of ab/core training.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel class, cancel booking prior to the late cancel window (6 hours) to get the credit back in your account. If you do not show up for your reserved class, or if you attempt to cancel within the late cancellation window, you will be charged for that session. *Please note that if you do not show up several times your spot will be given to someone else*
