About the event
Escape the chaos and recharge your mind, body, and spirit in our Wellness Warrior Workshop. Unplug from the daily grind and reconnect with yourself and some mindful relaxation.
We’ll start with an introductory yoga class, which will help deepen your understanding of yoga. This will help you have a more focused practice, with deeper stretches, and a relaxed mindset.
Then, we’ll be lead into a transformative sound bath experience, where soothing vibrations will melt away stress and clarify your mind.
