We’ll start with an introductory yoga class, which will help deepen your understanding of yoga. This will help you have a more focused practice, with deeper stretches, and a relaxed mindset.

Then, we’ll be lead into a transformative sound bath experience, where soothing vibrations will melt away stress and clarify your mind.
